ipCapital Group and Intellisophic, Inc. Announce Strategic Alliance

ipCapital Group, Inc., one of the nation's leading intellectual property (IP) strategy consulting and licensing firms and Intellisophic, Inc., the world's largest provider of taxonomic content for advanced information intelligence applications, today announced that they have entered a strategic alliance. The alliance seeks to use ipCapital Group's IP transaction expertise to accelerate the adoption of Intellisophic's core patented technology through strategic arrangements with select business partners. This represents the first time in its nine-year history that Intellisophic will grant full access to its technology to partners that can best leverage it in the marketplace.
Intellisophic's technology enables automatic indexing and cataloging of unstructured information based upon trusted taxonomies derived from reference books, encyclopedias, reference web sites and other works. Issued in 2007, its core patent covers a unique method for automatically extracting organization rules from reference content and using the rules to search, identify, score, and discover relevant content within other documents stored on the Internet or other text databases.
